Day of Prayer on Ambericho

Every year thousands gather from the surrounding countryside to pray. Only I (Jeremy) went, and it was a good thing. Even though we drove part of it, it was a strenuous 45 minute hike.

Bezhega and myself. Since I’m a foreigner, we’re special guests, which means we have to sit up front under the tent

The crowds. It’s easy to imagine what thousands on a hillside are like in the New Testament, gathered to hear Jesus.
